Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service amount. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Chatuge Med Spa & Fitness to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation fees. Certain services may also require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
